Biography

Ms. Young has served on our board of directors since January 2021. She serves on the nominating and governance committee. She is currently a strategic advisor to BuildGroup Management LLC. Prior to her current role, Ms. Young was CEO of Calytera, an Austin, Texas-based government technology company which was acquired in November 2020 by Granicus, Inc. Since 2017, Ms. Young has also served as an advisor for Next Coast Ventures, LLC. From 2009 to 2016, Ms. Young was the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Double Line Partners, a data analytics company focused on K-12 education and government sectors. From 2005 to 2009, she was a Portfolio Director for the Michael and Susan Dell Foundation. Ms. Young began her career with McKinsey and Co. as a leader within the worldwide high tech and sales & marketing leadership groups. Ms. Young has an MBA from Northwestern University and a B.A. in economics and sociology from Rice University.
