Biography

Doug Dennerline has served as a member of our board of directors since August 2014 and Chairman of the board since June 2021. He serves on the compensation and talent committee. He is currently Chief Executive Officer and Executive Chairman of BetterWorks Systems, Inc. From January 2013 to March 2018, he was Chief Executive Officer of Alfresco Software, Inc. and was previously President and a director of SuccessFactors, Inc. Prior to joining SuccessFactors, Mr. Dennerline was Executive Vice President of Sales, Americas and EMEA for Salesforce.com, Inc. (NYSE: CRM). Mr. Dennerline holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Arizona State University.
